Workflow
Step 1
Submit your project intake
You Complete the Client Intake Questionnaire and share the required brand materials, reference examples and project information. This gives me an initial understanding of your business, audience, goals, requested deliverables and preferred timeline.
Step 2
Review and discovery
Me I will review your submission, assess the project requirements and follow up with any questions needed to clarify the brief, scope, priorities or required materials. Where needed, we may arrange a short discovery call to align on the project direction before planning begins.
Step 3
Receive your Project Playbook
You Once the scope is clear, you will receive and review a tailored Project Playbook confirming: agreed project objective and deliverables, project scope and exclusions, working timeline and final delivery date, your review and feedback dates, total project investment, payment schedule, and any other remarks.
Step 4
Confirm and secure your project
You To confirm the project go-ahead and reserve the agreed working period, review and approve the Project Playbook and make the deposit settlement. Work will begin once the approved Project Project and deposit have been received.
Step 5
Create, review and deliver
Us I will develop the agreed deliverables, share work at the relevant milestones and incorporate the included revision rounds. You will provide consolidated feedback by the agreed review dates to keep the project on schedule. The remaining balance will be invoiced according to the agreed milestone payment schedule. Final deliverables will be provided on the agreed delivery date once all outstanding payments have been settled.
Step 6
Close & continue
Us Once the project is complete, we can review what comes next, from optimising the work already created to planning your next campaign, customer journey or ongoing marketing support.
